Final Fantasy XII: The Zodiac Age (Square Enix, Tue 30th April, $49.99) Return to the World of Ivalice… This HD remaster is based on the smash hit 12th instalment of the FINAL FANTASY series, which has shipped over 6,100,000 units worldwide, featuring a new, re-worked game design!

BOXBOY! + BOXGIRL! (Nintendo, Fri 26th April, $9.99) Think outside the box to save a world in peril! As Qbby or Qucy, you’ll create boxes and use them to surmount more than 270 puzzling stages—the most in the series to date! The box planet is plagued with obstacles, so jump, climb, drift, ride, and warp your way past them in three modes, complete with their own stories, stages, challenges, and techniques.

SteamWorld Quest: Hand of Gilgamech (Thunderful, Today, $24.99) SteamWorld Quest is the roleplaying card game you’ve been waiting for! Lead a party of aspiring heroes through a beautifully hand-drawn world and intense battles using only your wits and a handful of cards. ACA NEOGEO SAMURAI SHODOWN V SPECIAL (HAMSTER, Thu 18th April, $7.99) “SAMURAI SHODOWN V SPECIAL” is a fighting game released by SNK in 2004. Bringing together 28 of your favorite characters, including past bosses! The familiar “Rage Explosion”, “Concentration One Gauge”, and “Fatal Flash” from previous titles in the series are still here, and you can’t miss this chance to take down your opponents in one hit with flashy “Desperate Techniques”!

Aggelos (PQube, Today, $14.99) Step through time and discover a mesmerizing new action-RPG that looks like it was plucked straight out of the 16-bit era, but plays like a modern-day marvel! Inspired by non-linear Japanese retro adventures, Aggelos hurls players into the middle of a colossal struggle for survival as beings from another dimension threaten to invade the peaceful Kingdom of Lumen.

Arcade Classics Anniversary Collection (Konami, Thu 18th April, $19.99) KONAMI starts its 50th-anniversary celebration with this first instalment of the Anniversary Collection series of the all-time classics! This collection includes 8 arcade masterpieces of the 80s, from Nemesis to Haunted Castle, but also a bonus eBook packed with new information about the titles, including interviews with the development staff, behind-the-scenes insights, and sketches and design documents never before revealed to the public!

Crashbots (Sometimes You, Wed 1st May, $9.99) Crashbots features 5 different robots. Each robot has its own stats and a unique heavy attack. The robots can be upgraded to improve their durability and fighting power. You can unlock new robots by finding all of their parts that are hidden in the various worlds and game modes.

Croc’s World 2 (Sprakelsoft, Thu 18th April, $5.99) “Croc´s World 2” is a really nice jump’n’run with 60 incredible levels and many challenging enemies!

Cytus Alpha (Flyhigh Works, Today, $49.99) You play by focusing on the rhythm of the music. “Notes” (circular icons) and lines represent the music, with varied movements and interactions. With the right timing you TAP, DRAG and HOLD notes to earn the best possible score, using either the touch screen or a controller.

Darkest Hunter (Ultimate Games) Choose your hero, grab your weapon, learn new spells and… HUNT! Eliminate every nasty beast you encounter, collect loot and find the rarest, as well as the best equipment!

Death Coming (Zodiac Interactive, Today, $6.99) Death Coming is a non-linear puzzle game where you take on the role of the Reaper. Your sole objective? Cause deaths and harvest souls while abiding by the Free Will Clause. You have become an agent of Death: a Reaper in game.

Dig Dog (Wild Rooster, Fri 26th April, $3.99) Dig Dog is an action roguelike platformer. Dig to discover treasure, adventure and bones! Jump, dash, stomp and dig your way through a strange world inhabited by stranger creatures. Simple, expressive control scheme – Run, dig, drop, jump or dash using only the control stick and one button!

Ding Dong XL (Nickervision Studios, Mon 22nd April, $0.99) Ding and Dong between the top and bottom of the screen as you attempt to avoid obstacles, collect points, and smash helpful power-ups. Try to survive as long as you can! Simple one button controls, just pressing the Ding Dong button allows you to cross the screen from top to bottom or vice-versa.

Everybody, Hearts! (CellNavi, Thu 18th April, $6.00) ‘Everybody, Hearts!’ is a Nintendo Switch exclusive card game that is now available to download. Experience playing the AI via single-player mode, have a maximum of 5 players in the online multiplayer mode, or enjoy local network play, accommodating up to 4 players.

GoatPunks (Undefined, Sat 27th April, $9.99) GoatPunks is a multiplayer action game pitting your goat against other players in a battle to become king of the mountain. Fight through an onslaught of bombs, obstacles and each other to climb to the top of 9 uniquely themed mountains each offering distinct challenges. Once up there, stay on top of the competition for 30 hectic seconds to claim victory.

Gym Hero – Idle Fitness Tycoon (Ultimate Games, Sat 27th April, $2.29) Being fit is healthy and fashionable! But our heroes do not have the motivation to get out for exercises… and the room is asking for some small improvements! To motivate your fat guy the only thing you have to do is… to press.

Homo Machina (ARTE, Today, $2.99.) Homo Machina is a puzzle game inspired by the work of avant-garde scientist Fritz Kahn. Set off on a crazy journey to solve the surreal puzzles of Homo Machina and learn about the internal working of the human body, represented as a gigantic 1920s factory. In this narrative puzzle, players are plunged into an ingenious system of nerves, vessels and valves.

Hotel Dracula (Ultimate Games, Fri 26th April, $5.69) Welcome mortal to the Hotel Dracula! Now get ready! Uniform in hand and to work! Hotel guests will not handle themselves. Myself, Count Dracula is asking you for help in running a hotel and restaurants to multiply profits and develop the business further!

Joe Jump Impossible Quest (Forsaken Games, Today, $2.99) Joe Jump Impossible Quest is a runner game in which we are a lumberjack on his journey through the mountains. Throw axes to destroy obstacles on your way, jump over huge precipices, dodge dangers and keep running to arrive on time at a very important appointment!

Lost King’s Lullaby (Avance, Today, $9.99) We will venture forth with Kiara in a Celtic adventure, exploring different maze-like procedurally generated worlds. We will face enemies in frenetic battles where we will have to make use of our reflexes and choose between different abilities to beat the menacing creatures.

Moai VI: Unexpected Guests (Joindots, Thu 18th April, $18.99) From vibrant jungles bursting with color, to an underwater wonderland teeming with aquatic life, to a cluster of floating islands, you’ll traverse many magical lands filled with miracles. You’ll also go toe-to-toe with awesome giants, outwit clever jellyfish and pet cute Manu-Ai to receive mana.

Moero Chronicle Hyper (Idea Factory International, Fri 26th April, $19.99) Io is a simple young man with only one problem – he can’t talk to women! Any attempts at conversation are destroyed by his perverted mind, except when he talks to Lilia, his best friend and a Monster Girl. However, that becomes the least of his problems when he’s tasked with going to the dangerous region of Monstopia.

Picross S3 (Jupiter, Today, $9.99) This is the 3rd Picross S Series on the Nintendo Switch! In addition to the three usual game modes, Picross, Mega Picross, and Clip Picross, we’ve added an all-new Color Picross mode! In this new mode, the rules are the same as normal Picross, but now you must complete color illustrations by filling in the correct squares with their corresponding hint number color.

Robox (Sabec, Mon 22nd April, $9.99) Robox is an easy to play fast action, fierce fighting game, with breathtaking graphics that will make you want to play match after match and four rounds of hard-hitting arcade action that will test your boxing skills to the limit and be the ultimate boxing champion.

Secrets of Magic – The Book of Spells (Joindots, Thu 18th April, $9.99) An evil witch has kidnapped Victoria’s parents and now it’s up to her going after them. But first Victoria needs to learn the fine art of magic.

Shalnor Legends: Sacred Lands (Johnny Ostad, Fri 26th April, $9.99) A young girl has travelled to the Sacred Lands. Within this realm, she will face many challenges, fight dangerous monsters and solve mysterious puzzles. Many have come to this land before, all in hopes of finishing the Sacred Trial, but none have succeeded! Will she fail like the others? Or will she overcome the odds and return home! ? – There are 9 large zones to explore along with caves. – Talk to the inhabitants of the land to upgrade your gear. – Make Potions and Elixirs and carry them with you. – There are many enemies, puzzles and traps.

Super Blood Hockey (Digerati, Fri 26th April, $14.99) Arcade sports gaming gets a shot of adrenaline in Super Blood Hockey, a violent homage to classic 8- and 16-bit ice hockey games. Customize your line-up and take to the ice, using fast-paced skills and bone-crunching brutality to dominate. Prove your hockey prowess in a deadly global tournament or against friends in 4-player local multiplayer. Build and manage your own squad in Franchise Mode – with the right diet and performance-enhancing drugs your team can be season champions!

Table Top Racing: World Tour – Nitro Edition (Greenlight Games, Wed 1st May, $29.99) Get behind the wheel of 16 ultra-cool, miniaturised racing cars and engage in combat-racing like no other. Master over 30 table-top race tracks and over 180 events in a bid for glory, then take the battle Online and compete with the best in the world.

Theatre Tales (Ultimate Games, Wed 24th April, $1.49) Puppet shows are among the most enjoyable activities of childhood – and this time a puppet show comes in a fantastic digital version. Our parents often read us bedtime stories or showed us pictures in books. We have recreated this magical world of fairy tales and fables in Theatre Tales.

Type:Rider (ARTE, Today, $2.99) Immerse yourself in this fascinating and unique experience to uncover the history and secrets of Fonts & Characters! Play as 2 dots and travel through the ages of typographic styles and techniques.

UglyDolls: An Imperfect Adventure (Outright Games, Fri 26th April, $39.99) Robots are cool when they’re blinking lights and zooming by with their sleek metallic finish. In UglyDolls: An Imperfect Adventure, a whole horde of robots are on the loose and taking over Uglyville trying to make it “perfect! ”.

Vandals (ARTE, Today, $3.99) Vandals is an infiltration game that will transport you to the most emblematic cities of street art. In this turn-based game, the aim is to sneak around police surveillance and spray walls that grow harder and harder to access.

Zeroptian Invasion (Ratalaika Games, Fri 26th April, $4.99) Taking inspiration from old score arcade shooters from the past and adding in some modern touches and stunning pixel art, Zeroptian Invasion is this decade’s answer to the arcade shooters of yesteryear.

Mario Tennis Aces: Special Online Demo – Get ready to swing into action with the Mario Tennis Aces: Special Online Demo. Hop online and fight your way to the top of the in-game bracket before the event is over. Test your skills in frenetic singles tournament matches, and gain points based on your victories. Players who participate can unlock Mario’s classic overalls outfit and use it in the full version of the game (sold separately). This demo event is active only from noon PT on April 26 to 9 p.m. PT on April 28.
